Application of filter

1、 Handling
When handling the filter, please handle the housing or the installation side, and do not use the filter output terminal as the support point, so as to avoid the distortion, looseness and breakage of the terminal, which will affect the normal filtering effect of the filter.

2、 Installation
1. The input line and output line of the filter must be separated from each other and must not be parallel to avoid reducing the efficiency of the filter.
2. The metal shell of the filter must be in good contact with the chassis, and the grounding wire should be well connected. The grounding wire should be as short as possible.
3. The twisted pair is preferred as the filter connecting line, which can effectively eliminate some high-frequency interference signals.
4. The filter shall be installed at the power inlet to minimize the length of the input line in the cabinet and reduce the radiated interference.
5. The input end and output end of the power filter are usually interchangeable. The input and output terminals marked on the filter trademark are the wiring methods recommended by our company; The customer can adjust the input and output terminals according to the specific situation, so that the impedances at both ends of the filter are in a mismatch state to achieve the best filtering effect.
